Outstanding design and customer service

I rarely click on social media ads, but when I saw the cyco kitty jersey, I knew I had to get it for my husband! It's pretty hard to find fun, quirky mtb-specific designs out there that are actually GOOD. The jersey is nice and light. Runs large, but that was clearly stated in the product details. The back is longer, which is great. Shipping timeline and tracking process is a little odd, but that was also explained in the "Shipping + Returns" section, and the zero waste production is pretty cool, so no problem there. Just make sure that you give it plenty of time if you are buying it as a gift by a certain occasion. I had questions for customer service, and used the chat feature. It's not instant, it's a small company after all - but I got timely responses from someone super helpful and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this company and excited to get more jerseys, and for them to start making a women's jersey somewhere down the line. As I expected, my husband gets compliments on this jersey every time he wears it out riding or hanging out!
